
Maple Ridge, B.C., September 29, 2025 – The City of Maple Ridge is encouraging residents and businesses to use online services and alternative ways to stay connected with the City year-round with ongoing Canada Post labour negotiations.
As there may be delays in mailing upcoming bills and notices due to the Canada Post service impacts, residents and businesses are advised to sign up for MyCity, the City’s secure online portal.

MyCity allows convenient access to City account information and services:
- Opt to receive future bills and notices by email, avoiding postal delays
- View your current and past notices, bills, invoices and pay bylaw tickets
- Check your account balance and view your account payment history
- Manage property tax, utility, business licence, and dog licence accounts in one place.
To register, you will need their account number and access code, which can be found on a recent City notice or invoice.
To avoid late fees or penalties under City bylaws, residents should log into their MyCity account to confirm balances and make payments on time.
HOW TO PAY:
Property Taxes and Utility Bills
- Online via Financial Institution: Use your 10-digit folio number to pay your Property Taxes or your 6-digit account number for metered utility bills (no e-transfers).
- Online: Pay online at Paymentus ipn.paymentus.com/otp/stde/dmr or call 1-855-480-9594 (1.75% service fee applies). Visit MapleRidge.ca/PayingYourTaxes or MapleRidge.ca/PayingYourUtilities for more information.
- In person: City Hall (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays). Pay by debit, cheque, or cash.
Dog and Business Licence Renewals
- Online: Pay licences and tickets at MapleRidge.ca/eServices.
- By Phone: Call the Bylaw Department at 604-467-7305 to request account details
- In person: At Bylaw, Licensing & Community Safety office, 11960 Edge Street (licences printed on site) or at the Finance Department (licences mailed after postal service resumes)
24-Hour Drop Box (All Payments)
- Located at City Hall – submit cheque payments with account information.
Vendor Payments
- Vendors awaiting cheque payments may contact Accounts.Payable@MapleRidge.ca to arrange for pick-up at City Hall.
- Refund can also be issued by direct deposit. Contact Accounts.Payable@MapleRidge.ca to sign up for direct deposit or send invoices.
