Submissions to the form below are monitored from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Submissions are emailed directly to the appropriate department; you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. 

Community Safety Officers (CSOs) are available from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Sunday, except Statutory holidays, to help address nuisance behaviour, aggressive solicitation/panhandling, homeless encampments. Please be advised city crews are not permitted to enter private property to remove bikes.

To check if the bicycle is stolen, please enter the serial number here: Search bicycles - Canadian Police Information Centre (cpic-cipc.ca).  If you receive a positive result, please contact your local police (Maple Ridge Non-Emergency 604-463-6251) to confirm the information and ask for assistance.  If it is a negative result, please wait one week and try again.  If the result is still negative (or there is no serial number) please dispose of the bike as you see fit.
