2020 Property Tax Penalty Date Bylaw

To extend property tax penalty date to September 30, 2020. 10% penalty will apply October 1, 2020 (for 2020 Property Taxation year only).

2021 Property Tax Rates Bylaw

Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) Exclusion Application Process Policy

Number: 6.36
To establish a process for accepting, reviewing, and processing applications for ALR exclusions, in which a property owner requests the City of Maple Ridge apply on their behalf and pays all applicable costs to have their property excluded from the ALR.
