Our commitment: Our Booking team understands the significance of securing a venue during the event planning process and strives to address all requests promptly and thoroughly. To assist in your event planning, please be advised that we handle requests in the order they are received and, depending on volume of inquiries, it may take up to 5 business days to provide a response. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to accommodate your needs.
Availability and Booking Request Process:
- Step 1: Complete an Booking Inquiry Form
- Step 2: Our Booking Team will review and reply with cost estimate, availability, insurance and/or additional requirements.
- Step 3: Booking is considered firmed after the Bookings Team has received a signed contract and payment has been made. All fees are due at time of booking.
- Step 4: Insurance and all other documents must be submitted prior to the event at the timeline set by the Bookings Team in ‘Step 2’. Failure to do so will result in contract termination and facility access will not be granted.
