We are now excited to offer a Capoeira course to introduce your child to the basic fundamentals of the art form. This starter course will cover basic kicks, movements, and acrobatics, as well as teach you music skills and about the history of Capoeira. We will also cover the correct techniques to prepare you physically to transition into the next level of classes.
