Have you heard about activeU? activeU upgrades current users and provides new users with an easy-to-use profile! All customers who visit our recreation facilities (for drop-in or registered activities) will be set up with an activeU profile and receive a scan card (if not already in possession of a membership card). Here are the main benefits:

Your profile can be loaded with programs, lessons and memberships online or with the help of Customer Experience in-person.
Your card allows you access your activities easily and quickly.
activeU helps keep everyone safe by identifying who is in our facility in case of an emergency.

What to Expect:

Drop-In Customers

Create a profile online or at the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre (MRLC) with Customer Experience (this will take about two minutes).
Drop-In to the MRLC and visit Customer Experience who will print you an activeU card.
Scan your activeU card each time you pay for a Drop-In.

Current Membership Pass Holders

Simply scan your existing membership card as you would for each visit. Your activeU profile will be automatically activated and attached to your membership details.
