How To Use Our Free Smart-Lock Bike Racks
- Download the Bikeep app on your mobile phone to find your nearest station in seconds. Please ensure your location settings are turned on for the app (icon)
- Scan the QR code on any lock station to initiate the parking process (icon)
- Choose an available locking station number and wait for the confirmation signal (icon)
- Place your bike in the station rack and close locking arm through the frame and front tire. Once the locking arm catch connects with the frame it will securely lock (icon)
- Enjoy your session at the leisure centre! Please note your designated parking time limit (icon)
- When you're ready to unlock, simply scan the QR, open your session, and swipe to unlock, and go! (icon)
