Find the information you need to manage your property taxes in Maple Ridge, including how to pay, key due dates, Home Owner Grant information, tax deferment, and payment options such as TIPP and eBilling. Property taxes for 2026 are due July 2, 2026. To avoid penalties, make sure your taxes are paid and your Home Owner Grant is claimed, if eligible, by the due date.

Applications for the 2026 BC Property Tax Deferment Program will not appear on your municipal property tax account before June 22, 2026. For the most up-to-date information on your application status, please check your Provincial eTaxBC account. If you need additional assistance, you may also contact the Province at 1-888-355-2700.
