Located at the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre, registration opens 50 hours before each timeslot. All players must check in on-site and verify their booking before proceeding to the playing area.
We’re shifting to pre-registration to ensure a more organized and efficient experience. This will allow participants to have a guaranteed spot and not have to wait in a line. There are 25 Basketball player spots. This ensures we keep it to the max amount to create an efficient amount of playing time for all participants.

Yes, although we recommend online for the quickest result. Due to high call volumes and in-person demands, our clerks may not always be immediately available to assist.
No, all sessions need to be booked online or in person before the session begins. We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the process by checking out the website and the how to videos below the FAQs
No, you do not. You have already paid admission and/or scanned your pass by pre-registering online. A pass will be deducted by our facility staff after the session starts.
We understand that plans can change. If you can’t attend, we encourage you to cancel your registration in advance to free up the spot for another player. Learn how to withdraw online from our How to Videos below.
You can receive a full refund until the start of the session.
Individual spots are non-transferable. Those with a Family pass may book a spot for their family member(s) if they are attending a session.
Chronic no-show participants will be spoken to by a Facility Supervisor.
We are piloting these high demand programs to provide an improved service for the participant. Providing a guaranteed spot and not having to wait in line is feedback we have heard many times.
The new pre-registration system will begin on Monday, September 1st, 2025.
Yes. You will still be required to wear the wristband we provide upon arrival. This is to help us know who is supposed to be in the gymnasium during the session.
