Class Reminders

We offer 77 land and aquatic fitness classes, between the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre and the Albion Community Centre that are included in your admission or your membership! All classes can be modified to accommodate patrons at any fitness level. Beginners are ALWAYS welcome. Below are some tips & tricks to set you up for success in our Group Fitness classes.

  • If you are new to Fitness or new to Fitness in our Facility, we strongly recommend all newcomers arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Arriving early is imperative for all classes, however for Group Spin classes it is important as the spin bike requires to be adjusted and set up for each individual. This can take up to 5 minutes. 
  • Room temperatures may vary, please bring layers of clothing or a blanket for yoga classes if you get cold easily. 
  • For participant safety, late entry is not permitted once class has started.

Please note that all Land Fitness and Group Spin classes require pre-registration. All classes have a maximum number for participation to ensure participant safety and overall enjoyment.
