50 hours prior to your spin class registration will open.
You can withdraw your registration online.
You can receive a full refund up until the start of the class.
Chronic no-showers will be spoken to by a Facility Supervisor.
We are piloting the pre-registered fitness class system by starting off with our spin classes. This will give us a large enough sample of classes, different days and times to gather enough feedback and a recommendation moving forward for all fitness classes.
No. All spin bikes are for registered participants. Folks are encouraged to look online and register for a spot in a class up until the start of the class time.
Yes. Although we do recommend registering online for the quickest result. Due to high call volume and in-person demands, our clerks are not always available to support.
Practice makes perfect! Please use our how-to video on how to register online. This takes you through step-by-step to ensure you can use our website and registration software effectively.
No. Registered spots are non-transferrable.
No. You have already paid admission and/or scanned your pass by pre-registering online. A pass has already been deducted from your account.
If you are looking to use our facility prior to your registered spin class, please check in with our admissions counter. If you are wanting to use the facility after your spin class, you do not need to check in.

Aqua Fit: this full body workout leverages the resistance of water to build strength and improve cardio-vascular fitness. This low impact, high energy session is perfect for all fitness levels and is a refreshing way to exercise while reducing stress on the joints.
Parent & Tot Aqua Fit: this water workout was designed for caregivers and their little ones. Focusing on fitness, this session blends cardio, strength and flexibility exercises tailored for the adults while offering a fun and supportive environment for tots. Registration required.
Water Wellness: a low impact workout designed to improve your overall strength and cardiovascular health in a soothing aquatic environment. We use the natural resistance of water to provide a refreshing exercise experience.
Group Spin: enjoy a high-energy 45 minute dynamic ride that will challenge your fitness levels! Perfect for all fitness levels, take a spin on our Keiser bikes as your endure intervals, hill climbs and sprints.
Spin & Stretch: this 60 minute hybrid class is perfect for those that enjoy an intense workout followed by a focused stretch to support recovery and improve flexibility. Your ride will include hill climbs, flat roads and interval training.
Flow Yoga: this class involves smooth, flowing sequences, connecting breath with movement. Suitable for all levels, this practice promotes relaxation and mindfulness while improving upon your yoga poses and practice.
Cardio Muscle Mix: a mix of strength and cardio exercises that target all major muscle groups. Elevate your heart rate in this class through compound movements and intense cardio bursts.
Pump It: this class is focuses on strength training while including some elements of cardio to give your muscles a break. PUMP your body from head to toe and give you body a well-deserved burn!
Total Body Conditioning: utilizing a variety of equipment, this class will leave you sweaty and your whole body burning! Challenge your strength, endurance and cardiovascular capacity by stepping into this full body conditioning class.
HIIT: a full body class that focuses on high intensity interval training (HIIT). This workout involves muscular strength and muscular endurance while moving through rigorous interval sequences.
Body Weight Burner: sculpt and strengthen your muscles by using the power of your body only! In this no equipment class, feel the burn of simply your body weight. Enjoy dynamic exercises that utilize your own resistance.
Pilates: this class focuses on core strength, flexibility and body alignment through controlled, precise movements. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class enhances muscle tone and improves posture leaving you feeling balance and rejuvenated.
Tabata: a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT), this class consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of recovery.
Zumba: dance your way to fitness with our high energy Zumba class! Perfect for all skill levels, you’ll boost your mood while grooving to upbeat music in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Step & Strength: a cardio focused workout that will make the most of your 60 minutes. Challenge your cardio capacity with coordination, choreography and exercises that are sure to have your legs shaking!
