Presentation: Bus Rapid Transit Concept Design Review: TransLink presented on the work they’ve done upgrading local infrastructure and bus routes, including a new seasonal route from Haney Place to Golden Ears Park. They also sought Council support for the Langley-Haney Place Bus Rapid Transit project, and endorsement of proceeding to detailed design.Confirmed support, directed staff to work with TransLink on the detailed design and active transportation amenities, and sent a copy of the resolution to TransLink and the Mayors’ Council on Regional Transportation.
21783 Lougheed Highway: To allow an Accessory Pharmacy Use associated with a new medical clinic.Adopted, released restrictive covenant.
2026–2030 Financial Plan Bylaw: To adopt the financial plan bylaw.Adopted.
Maple Ridge Property Tax Rates 2026: To establish rates for municipal and regional district purposes.Adopted.
Tree Protection & Management Bylaw: Proposed updates to align with the findings of the Urban Forest Management Plan.Adopted.
Maple Ridge Fees and Charges Amending Bylaw Update: Proposed amendments related to tree protection and management fees.Adopted.
Maple Ridge Downtown Business Improvement Area (DMRBIA) Establishment Bylaw: To continue the collection of a local tax funding the DMRBIA’s business promotion activities and support a vibrant downtown economy.Undertook a BIA local service program for a six year term ending December 31, 2032, and gave first, second and third readings.
Election Bylaw: To consolidate two existing election bylaws and introduce election sign regulations.Referred back to staff to incorporate Council comments.
Inclusive Housing Unit Mix Policy: Family-Oriented Housing in Multi-Unit Developments: Introduction of a Policy to guide multi-unit developments in designated growth areas by requiring a minimum of family-oriented and senior-suitable units.Adopted; exempted projects already in process from effects of policy adoption.
One City Fees and Charges Policy: Introduction to ensure a consistent, transparent, and equitable approach to setting and administering City fees, supporting modernized services and improved clarity for residents.Approved new policy, repealed outdated policies. 
2025 Consolidated Financial Statements: Presentation for fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.Approved.
Council Remuneration Survey: To provide an updated market analysis and Union of British Columbia Municipalities best practice guidance to support transparent and informed decisions on remuneration for the next Council term.Received for information. Directed staff to prepare a new Council Remuneration Bylaw that maintains the status quo while adding in Acting Mayor Equity provisions.

Presentation: Maple Ridge RCMP introduced their new constables and presented Council with a famed pair of photos commemorating the history of RCMP in Maple Ridge and transition from the Ridge Meadows RCMP to the now autonomous Maple Ridge RCMP detachment.
Inclusive Housing Unit Mix Policy: Family-Oriented Housing in Multi-Unit Developments: To guide medium and high‑density multi‑unit developments in designated growth areas by requiring a minimum proportion of family‑oriented and senior‑suitable housing units.Forwarded to the next regular Council meeting.
Maple Ridge Downtown Business Improvement Area Establishment Bylaw: To continue the collection of a local service tax funding the Downtown Maple Ridge Business Improvement Association’s business promotion activities and support a vibrant downtown economy.
