Soil Removal Bylaw

Number: 6398-2006
To regulate or prohibit the removal of soil, sand, gravel, rock or other substance of which land is composed from lands within the City of Maple Ridge.

Solid Waste and Recycling Regulation Bylaw

Number: 6800-2011
To regulate the disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials.

Spaying and Neutering Bylaw

Number: 5756-1999
To establish and regulate spaying/neutering of cats within the City of Maple Ridge.

Sponsorship, Advertising and Naming Rights Policy No. 4.34

The City of Maple Ridge welcomes and encourages Sponsorship, Partnership and Advertising opportunities to assist in the provision, support and enhancement of City programs, services, and infrastructure.

Sport and Physical Activity Policy

Sport Field Closure / Damage Deposits Policy

Sprinkler Systems Bylaw

To provide for the installation of fire sprinkler systems in buildings within the City.

Staff Expense Policy

Number: 5.35
The purpose of this Policy is to establish procedures and guidance for City staff regarding expenditures they may incur during the performance of their roles at the City.

Subdivision Bylaw

Number: 4800-1993
To regulate the subdivision and development servicing of land.

Subdivision of, or building on, Land within 300 Metres of the Crest of the Fraser River Escarpment

Number: 6.24
To set out conditions under which subdivision of, or building on, land can be considered in the area within 300 metres of the crest of the Fraser River Escarpment without compromising the stability of the entire Escarpment. (This policy should be read in conjunction with Policy No. 6.23, "Control of Surficial and Groundwater Discharge in the Area Bounded by 207 Street, 124 Avenue, 224 Street and the crest of the Fraser River Escarpment.")
