Maple Ridge, B.C., Sept. 19, 2024 – The City of Maple Ridge is calling on residents and visitors to share their feedback through a new tourism survey, designed to assess satisfaction with local service providers and help shape the future of tourism in the city. Open until October 10, 2024, the survey invites the public to participate and contribute to improving Maple Ridge’s tourism offerings. Take the survey at Engage.MapleRidge.ca/TourismSurvey.

The City is using this opportunity to gather valuable insights through the introduction of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics. These tools will provide a clear picture of public sentiment and gauge how likely residents and visitors are to recommend Maple Ridge as a top tourist destination.

“We want to hear directly from the community and our visitors about their experiences in Maple Ridge,” said Tyler Westover, Director of Economic Development. “Your feedback is vital to helping us elevate Maple Ridge as a premier tourist destination and drive our economy.”

Explore. Experience. Engage.
