Paying Your Utilities

Due to the Canada Post strike, mailed payments will be delayed.

To avoid delays and potential fees during the Canada Post strike, we are reminding residents and businesses of other ways to pay bills and make payments, including for dog licence or business licence renewals and utility bills:

  • Online:
    • Login to MyCity to view and pay your bills online.
    • Visit our eServices page for a list of all online services.
  • In-person at City Hall, 11995 Haney Place:
    • Make payments during office hours (Mon-Fri 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
    • Use the drop-off box outside the main entrance to City Hall (available 24 hours)
