MyCity Account (eBilling)
MyCity is an on-line application on our website, allowing you to access your account information 24 hours a day. Registration is required.
City of Maple Ridge home owners and businesses can access account information for:
- Property Taxes
- Metered Utilities
- Business Licences
- Dog Licences
- Sign up to select the option to have Property Tax Notices and Metered Utility Notices emailed
- View your current and past notices, bills or invoices
- Check your account balance and view your account payment history
- Have one convenient place for property tax, utility, business licence, and dog licence account information
- NEW reading/consumption history now available for your Metered Utility account
- Go to MyCity login page
- Click on 'here' (under the login button)
- Enter your email and a password of your choosing
- An email notification will be sent to your email, login to your email
- Follow the email instructions to activate the account
- Log back into the new account
- Click on "Register Account" (you will need the most recent invoice of each account you want to link)
- Use the account number (folio for taxes) and access code to link a property tax, metered water, business licence or dog licence account
