Outdoor Burning Regulation Bylaw

To regulate outdoor burning in the City of Maple Ridge.

Outdoor Burning Regulations - Zero Tolerance Policy

Number: 8.01
To establish a zero tolerance policy with respect to violations.

Panhandle Lot Policy

Number: 6.02
To permit panhandle lots under certain conditions.

Park Donation and Gift Policy

Number: 4.26
To provide opportunities and a framework for individuals or groups to voluntarily contribute gits that provide community benefits and enhancement of the City's public spaces.

Parking Bylaw

Number: 4350-1990
Also called "Off-Street Parking and Loading Bylaw". To require owners and occupiers of any land, building or structure to provide off-street parking and loading spaces.

Parks, Recreation & Culture Fees and Charges Policy

To provide a framework for the establishment of fees and charges for Parks, Recreation & Culture services.

Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 2024-2027

Number: 7961-2023
A Bylaw to exempt from property taxation, certain properties within the City of Maple Ridge.

Permissive Tax Exemption Policy (5.16)

Number: 5.16
In relation to homes for the care of children, and the relief of the aged, the poor, the disabled and the infirm. No exemptions are permitted under this section as these services are the responsibility of senior government.

Permissive Tax Exemption Policy (5.17)

In relation to private hospitals and day cares. No exemptions are permitted under this section as these services are the responsibility of senior government.
