For more than a decade, I have served our community as a coach, sponsorship coordinator, fundraiser, and non-profit leader supporting post-secondary students across Canada. These experiences have shown me what students can achieve when they have strong foundations, meaningful opportunities, and people who believe in them.
As a parent of an SD42 student, I am running to bring community experience, teamwork, and accountability to the Board of Education. I want every student, regardless of their background, needs, or chosen path, to feel supported and prepared for what comes next.
My six priorities are:
• Strong foundations in learning
• Stronger numeracy skills
• Literacy at the heart of learning
• Safe, respectful, and welcoming schools
• Responsible and transparent financial stewardship
• Career readiness through post-secondary education, trades, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, and other pathways
