The sanitary sewer along Dewdney Trunk Road between 224 Street and Edge Street is being upgraded to support reliable service today and meet the needs of our growing community.
Description
The sanitary sewer system in this area is 50 years old and is reaching the end of its service life. Replacing the sanitary sewer along Dewdney Trunk Road will help the City maintain reliable service and support future growth. As part of this work, any sewer lines currently located on private property will be relocated to public property to improve access for future maintenance.
Status
The project is currently in design. Construction is scheduled for summer 2027.
