A new clean-out port has been installed on the sanitary sewer on 240 Street, between the Kanaka Creek bridge and McClure Drive. The upgrade is intended to prevent troublesome blockages and enhance system efficiency.

Onsite Engineering designed the project and Sandpiper Contracting constructed the project. Construction was completed in September 2025.
