Maple Ridge, May 28, 2025 – The City of Maple Ridge invites you to explore the community on two wheels through Bike and Bites. The new tourism event rolling out on Saturday June 28, 2025 blends cycling, outdoor adventure, sightseeing, and Maple Ridge’s vibrant farm-to-table culinary scene into one unforgettable experience.

Hosted in collaboration with Into the Wild, a local outdoor adventure company, this new annual tourism guided bike ride invites participants to explore Maple Ridge’s agricultural heart and cityscapes by bike—stopping along the way to enjoy curated tastings and experiences from local businesses.

Starting at Memorial Peace Park and ending with a celebration at The Patch Brewery, Bike and Bites aligns with the City’s ‘Choose Maple Ridge - Support Local’ campaign and contributes towards Council’s strategic vision for a thriving local economy and a healthy, engaged community.

“This exciting new event unites the spirit of active living, our growing agritourism sector, and the stunning natural landscape we are privileged to call home,” said Mayor Dan Ruimy. “We’re excited for Bike and Bites to become a new local tradition to discover your city in a fun, healthy, and delicious way.”
