To regulate outdoor burning in the City of Maple Ridge.

Parking Bylaw

Number: 4350-1990
Also called "Off-Street Parking and Loading Bylaw". To require owners and occupiers of any land, building or structure to provide off-street parking and loading spaces.

Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw 2024-2027

Number: 7961-2023
A Bylaw to exempt from property taxation, certain properties within the City of Maple Ridge.

Pesticide Bylaw

Number: 6413-2006
To regulate the use of cosmetic pesticides.

Police Service Fees Bylaw

Number: 6937-2012
To impose fees for administrative police services in the City of Maple Ridge.

Public Parks Liquor Consumption Bylaw

Number: 2961-1981
To designate certain Public Parks as places where liquor may be consumed.

Public Places, Parks and Recreation Facilities Regulation Bylaw

To regulate public buildings, public places, park property and recreational facilities in the City of Maple Ridge.

Recycling Charges Bylaw

To impose recycling charges on owners of land.

Rental Premises Standard of Maintenance

To prescribe standards for the maintenance of rental residential premises.

Safer Streets Bylaw

To prevent, abate and prohibit nuisances for the protection and enhancement of the well-being of the community.
