Indemnification of Municipal Officials Bylaw

To provide for the indemnification of City officials.

Information Security Policy

To ensure that district computer and information resources are safe for their intended use.

Infrastructure Inspections Policy

To ensure that inspections are carried out in defined locations and to confirm that public infrastructure is in acceptable condition.

Kanaka Business Park Landscape Maintenance Repeal Bylaw No. 8102-2026

Number: 8102-2026
A petition has been presented to the Council to repeal the "Kanaka Business Park Landscape Maintenance Bylaw", the Corporate Officer has certified that the petition is sufficient signed by owners of at least 50% of the parcels and at least 50% of the assessed value of land and improvements subject to the local service tax.

Kennel Regulation Bylaw

Number: 6036-2002
To regulate kennels or other places where the keeping, training, care, breeding or boarding of dogs is carried out.

Kennel Zone Amending Bylaw

Number: 6044-2002
To regulate commercial kennels with more than three dogs.

Landscape Security Policy

Number: 6.28
To establish a formal policy regarding the receiving and the return of landscape securities for various permits.

Light Up City Hall Policy

Number: 4.33
To establish the process and criteria for organizations to apply to 'Light Up City Hall' using an exterior lighting system that can be programmed to change colours to recognize important events, cultural celebrations or commemorative days.

Littering Prohibition Bylaw

To prohibit dumping and littering in open places.
