Oct. 28 update — 5:30 p.m.
The Leisure Pool at the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre is temporarily unavailable this evening, Oct. 28, as staff respond to a hygiene incident.
For health and safety reasons, our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and plans to reopen the pool tomorrow at the earliest opportunity.
The competition pool, teach pool, hot tub and steam room remain open. All other Leisure Centre services are unaffected.
Participants in impacted registered programs or swim lessons are being contacted directly. Refunds will be issued where needed, and other swim lessons will be accommodated in alternate pools where possible.
