Some areas of Maple Ridge are waking up to snowy and icy conditions today, March 13, 2026.
City crews have been out since early morning clearing roads, focusing on clearing priority routes. They continue to be out de-icing roads to make them safer for today's commute. Staff also clear sidewalks around civic facilities on a priority basis.
⚠️ Expect slippery conditions on roads, trails, and sidewalks.
🚗 Slow down, leave extra space between vehicles, and drive according to the weather.
Be prepared:
✔️ Clear sidewalks by 10 AM after snowfall to help neighbours get around safely.
✔️ Check in on neighbours and loved ones who may need assistance.
