Spray Park at Albion Sports Complex Closed as of Sept 10

The spray park will be closed after today (Sept. 9, 2026) to prepare the surface for painting. This work will help ensure the spray park maintains the City's level of quality and is ready to once again pass inspection and reopen in spring 2027. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this important maintenance.

All other City spray parks remain open, with plans to close later this month (weather dependent).

The Albion Sports Complex can easily accommodate a variety of outdoor sports including football, soccer, baseball and softball. With an outdoor concession, parking for 250, and easy access from the Lougheed Highway. This is a great location to host events & tournaments. The Sports Complex is also conveniently located beside Planet Ice, Golden Ears Winter Club and Albion Fairgrounds.

Spring and summer 4 softball (2 lit) & 2 baseball (1 lit) & 2 lit gravel fields

Beach Volleyball Courts

Four new beach volleyball courts were added in summer 2023 and are available for drop-in use when not booked. There is an outdoor shower and foot wash station nearby. Check the booking schedule here.
