Whonnock Lake Park Playground Addition

Project update March 2025: The construction of the new play structure with its spiral slide, spider web climber, rock wall, xylophone, and ground level play components is now complete!

The additional play structure includes a 'transfer station' and stairs that lead to a side-by-side slide, while a spiral slide can be accessed by the 'leaf challenge' bridge.

At the expanded sand area, pretend to be a paleontologist and dig for dinosaur features or use the digger to move sand around. The addition of the nearby sand station with its bench table and seating area offers a fun play piece with game counter, sand crane, and steering wheel.
