Project Description:

The Albion Community Centre is the City's newest multi-use community centre, co-located with c̓əsqənelə Elementary at 104 Avenue and 240 Street in Maple Ridge.

The Albion Community Centre is a hub for social and recreational activities, as well as a place where residents can access services and resources, including:

  • Community Hall/Gathering place that opens out into an outdoor amphitheatre and a natural setting accommodating events and community theatre productions
  • Multi-purpose meeting rooms and programming space
  • Child care space
  • Teaching Kitchen facility
  • Outdoor plaza spaces, nature trail, and play spaces
  • Social areas

The community came together to celebrate at the Grand Opening Ceremony on June 22, 2022.
