Exempt Employee Compensation Policy No. 30.45

To provide a transparent and consistent framework for determining and managing compensation for exempt staff, to be able to attract and retain the right employee resources to ensure Council Strategic Priorities and Objective and Key Results (OKR) are achieved. Consequently, what the external market pays for different work performed is important.

Facility Rental Fee Waiver - Registration Subsidy Rebate Policy

Number: 4.27
To permit a waiver of a portion of rental fees for groups that offer reduced fees to residents who otherwise would not be able to participate in the activity.

Fee for Service Agreements Policy

To establish the criteria that will be used to evaluate the feasibility of entering into Fee for Service Agreements with local Not-for-Profit organizations for the provision of services aligned with Strategic Priorities.

Festival Support Policy
