School District 42 played a pivotal role in my family’s decision to move to Maple Ridge. I am running for School Trustee to help ensure our district stays strong, adaptable, and forward-thinking for this generation of students and the next.
Every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their goals, but success looks different for everyone. Having gone undiagnosed with ADHD until adulthood, I know firsthand how vital inclusive learning environments are. As Trustee, I will advocate for accessible, flexible, and non-traditional learning options so every student has the tools they need to succeed.
My career in public service has provided me with the direct experience needed at the board table: advocating for underrepresented voices, enacting systemic change, collaborating with others, and managing complex projects within defined budgets. I will bring a calm, pragmatic voice dedicated to long-term planning, fiscal responsibility, and student success.
