Traffic Advisory | Single Lane Traffic on Golden Ears Way at 201 Street On-Ramp

When: Monday, August 24 to Friday, August 28 between 5 am and 2 pm daily

Where: 201 St On-Ramp at Golden Ears Way

TransLink is advising that crews will be closing two of three lanes on northbound on Golden Ears Way at the 201st Street on-ramp between August 24 and 28 from 5 am to 2 pm daily. This closure is required to conduct maintenance work on the expansion joint between the approach and the bridge structure. See Location on Google Maps.

Impacts:

  • Two of three lanes on the 201 Street on-ramp will be closed between 5 am and 2 p.m. daily
  • In some areas, only a single lane will be open
  • Expect delays and please plan for extra travel time; Expect peak hour delay of up to 30 minutes
  • Traffic signage and personnel will be in place to guide drivers 
  • Route 595 bus towards Langley Centre may experience minor delays

This temporary lane closure is required to complete essential maintenance and repairs as part of TransLink’s Maintenance and Upgrading Program.
