
Online Building Permit Application users please be advised that on August 10, 2026 our portal system will be updated to fix some known issues, increase security, and prepare our system for new building permit types.
Expected Impacts
- The Online Building Permit Portal may be intermittently unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window
- Users attempting to log in, submit applications, upload documents, or check application status may be unable to complete these activities while the upgrade is in progress
- Users with in-progress submissions may be required to log back in and resume their work once service has been restored
- Minor visual changes to the Portal interface may be noticed following the upgrade; however, navigation, functionality, and workflows will remain substantially unchanged
Existing user accounts, application records, and submitted documents will not be affected by this update. There will be no changes to existing permit application processes or business workflows. The location of Portal functions and navigation elements will remain generally consistent.
Users who only access permit records or services outside of the maintenance window may not notice any impact, and normal service is expected to resume immediately following successful completion of the upgrade.
