The first mural is located on the Harris & Leib Insurance and Sure Print Copy building. Artist Ben Evely worked with students to create an abstract patchwork-inspired design using photographs they took throughout Maple Ridge. This interactive artwork invites visitors to step into the abstract scene, take a photo in the ‘spotlight’ and look for a hidden detail incorporated into the design.

This work was created as part of the Mural Collective, a project funded by the City of Maple Ridge and delivered by the Downtown Maple Ridge Business Improvement Association with support from participating artists, youth, property owners and community partners.
