BOOM YZ is a 'rockumentary' bringing to life the first 2 decades of our century. Rick Miller plays over 100 voices in 100 minutes, including popular musicians, TV & movie clips, and generation-defining figures. The beating heart of BOOM YZ is the coming-of-age story of Miller’s daughter. On a drive to University, she shares her hopes and anxieties with her father, as they try to bridge generation gaps, and connect Baby Boomers to their grandchildren.
