MyCity is an on-line application on our website. You need to register to use.

City of Maple Ridge home owners and businesses can access account information 24 hours a day for:

  • Property Taxes
  • Metered Utilities
  • Business Licences
  • Dog Licences

MyCity Features


  • Sign up to have invoices emailed
  • View your current and past invoices
  • View your account payment history
  • Monitor your water consumption history and conservation efforts
  • Have one convenient place for property tax, utility account, business licence and dog licence account information

How to Create a MyCity Account and Link it to a Maple Ridge Tax Account


To get started,

  1. Go to MyCity login page
  2. Click on ’here’ (under the login button)
  3. Enter your email and a password of your choosing
  4. An email notification will be sent to your email, login to your email 
  5. Follow the email instructions to activate the account
  6. Log back into the new account 
  7. Click on "Register Account" (you will need the most recent invoice of each account you want to link)
  8. Use the account number (folio for taxes) and access code to link a property tax, metered water, business licence or dog licence account
