Pool Etiquette

• To help keep the water sparkling and clean, please shower before entering the pools. 
• A “shoe-free” environment keeps the decks, showers and pools clean and enjoyable for all users.
• Please be aware that the pool change rooms will close 15 minutes after the facility closes.

Safety Reminder

Children 6 and under (under 7 years of age) must be within arms reach of an adult when swimming in our pool facilities.

Last-Minute Changes to Swim Schedules & Operations

Pool visitors may notice last-minute changes to drop-in schedules in addition to operational changes due to ongoing staffing challenges. These changes, while inconvenient, are made in the interest of our customers’ safety and to ensure our pools are appropriately staffed at all times. 

Operational changes may include:

• Pool closure or section closure
• Length of drop-in session
• Cancellation of drop-in session
• Cancellation of swimming lessons (please note that registrants will be notified directly as soon as possible)
