Maple Ridge, B.C. — Sept. 2, 2026 — Maple Ridge’s third annual Our Neck of the Woods festival is three days away, bringing a full afternoon and evening of free live music, local food, shopping, family activities, and cultural programming to Memorial Peace Park and downtown Maple Ridge on Saturday, Sept. 5.

Running rain or shine from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the festival will feature nine performances across three stages, including Juno Award-winning artists Dear Rouge, Bedouin Soundclash and Tim & The Glory Boys.

First launched as part of Maple Ridge’s 150th anniversary, the festival has grown alongside the fast-growing community. Attendance increased from 15,000 people in 2024 to 20,000 in 2025. In a post-event survey, 97.8 per cent of 403 respondents said they wanted the festival to return.

“Our Neck of the Woods has quickly become a day that brings people together in the heart of our city,” said Mayor Dan Ruimy. “It is a chance to enjoy great Canadian music, support local businesses, spend time with neighbours, and celebrate the energy and character of Maple Ridge.”

The festival also supports downtown businesses. Local restaurants and cafés surveyed after the 2025 event reported daily sales increases ranging from 30 to 85 per cent. Of 558 guests surveyed at last year’s festival, 11.4 per cent said they were visiting from outside Maple Ridge.

Festival Highlights

The festival’s pedestrian-friendly layout will allow visitors to explore and enjoy a variety of performances and attractions in Maple Ridge downtown:
