
Maple Ridge, B.C., October 23, 2025 — Due to the ongoing rotating Canada Post labour action, the City of Maple Ridge is advising property owners with metered water (utility) service that third-quarter utility paper bills may arrive later than usual. Residents are advised to log in to MyCity to view balances and pay bills online to avoid penalties.
Key Dates:
- Bills mailed and available online: October 27, 2025 at MyCity (or visit MapleRidge.ca.eServices)
- Payment due date: November 27, 2025 (payment must be received by the due date)
- Late payments: A 10% penalty applies to unpaid balances after November 27, 2025. The due date will not be extended due to mail delays.
View Your Bill and Go Paperless
Log in to MyCity (or visit MapleRidge.ca.eServices) to view your utility bill, check your balance, and download a PDF copy. In MyCity, you can also opt in to receive eBills so future bills are delivered by email.
MyCity provides 24/7 access to:
- Current and past notices, bills, and invoices
- Account balances and payment history
- Property tax, utility, business licence, and dog licence information in one place
To register, you’ll need your account number and access code from a recent City notice or invoice.

How to Pay
To avoid late fees, interest, or penalties under City bylaws, the following options are available:
- Online / Financial Institutions: Pay through your bank’s online or telephone banking using your account/folio number (E-transfers are not accepted.). You may also call your financial institution to arrange payment.
- Paymentus (credit card / phone payments): Pay property taxes and utilities online via Paymentus or by phone at 1-855-480-9594. (A 1.75% service fee applies.)
- In Person (All Accounts): City Hall, 11995 Haney Place - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays). Pay by debit, cheque, or cash.
- Secure, 24-Hour Drop Box at City Hall (north entrance): Make cheques payable to the City of Maple Ridge and include your account information.
Payments must be received by the City on or before November 27, 2025 to avoid the 10% penalty.
