Maple Ridge, B.C., Oct. 27, 2025 – The City’s Free Weekend Parking program at the Maple Ridge Business Centre (MRBC) underground parkade will end after October 31, 2025. Regular weekend parking rates will resume starting Saturday, November 1, with the continuation of one hour of free parking when drivers register their vehicle.

What’s Changing

Beginning November 1, weekend visitors will need to register and pay for parking at the MRBC underground parkade.

  • Free one-hour parking is still available every day, including weekends, but all drivers must register their licence plate at the meter or through the app to claim the free hour.
  • After the first free hour, standard parking rates apply.
  • Failure to register or overstaying the posted time limit may result in a parking ticket under the City’s Traffic Bylaw.
  • Parking regulations remain in effect seven days a week, except on Statutory Holidays when parking is free.

Where to Park

  • Maple Ridge Business Centre (MRBC) – 22470 Dewdney Trunk Road
  • 384 underground public stalls
  • Entrances on Dewdney Trunk Road and Edge Street
  • Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (no overnight parking)
