City of Maple Ridge Wins Five Awards In Global Creative Communications Competition

Maple Ridge, B.C., May 8, 2025 – The City of Maple Ridge’s continued bold and creative approach to branding and communications has garnered notable recognition with five award wins from over 6000 worldwide entries in the 2025 Hermes Creative Awards. 

In operation for 31 years, the Hermes Creative Awards is one of the oldest and largest creative competitions in the world. The City is honoured to have been selected out of thousands of nominees which range in size from individuals to media conglomerates, and Fortune 500 companies across 26 countries. 

“We’re ecstatic that our focus on a dynamic brand strategy continues to gather global recognition for our city,” said Mayor Ruimy. “Our dynamic visuals reflect the bold and intentional actions we’re taking on key initiatives to build new recreation spaces, expand Abernethy Way, and many more.
