Maple Ridge, B.C., June 5, 2026 – The City of Maple Ridge’s 2025 Annual Report is now available for public review at MapleRidge.ca/AnnualReport. The report will be formally presented to Council at the June 23, 2026, Regular Council meeting.

The Annual Report is a statutory document that provides a comprehensive overview of the City’s work and accomplishments in 2025. It includes audited financial statements and outlines progress on Council’s strategic priorities and corporate goals in response to the needs of a growing community.

“Maple Ridge made significant progress in 2025, and this report reflects the results of that work across the City,” said Mayor Dan Ruimy. “From creating more housing options and investing in infrastructure, to strengthening community safety, expanding recreation, and advancing climate action, Council and staff are focused on delivering the services, facilities, and long-term planning our growing city needs.”

The City’s 2024 Annual Report received the Canadian Award for Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association, marking 35 consecutive years of recognition, the longest ongoing achievement of any municipality in Canada. The City plans to submit the 2025 Annual Report for the same national recognition.
