Keeping your mailing address up to date is important.
If you have recently changed your mailing address, please update your information with BC Assessment. The City of Maple Ridge is unable to change the mailing address for your property tax account, all changes must be done through BC Assessment.
How to change mailing address for your Property Taxes
To change your mailing address, complete the Change of Address Notification form on the BC Assessment website. The area is 15 and the jurisdiction is 312 for all properties in Maple Ridge.
This will change your mailing address for your Property Tax Assessment Notice, Property Tax Notice as well and your Metered Utility Invoice(if applicable)
