- Go to MyCity login page
- Click on 'here' (under the login button)
- Enter your email and a password of your choosing
- An email notification will be sent to your email, login to your email
- Follow the email instructions to activate the account
- Log back into the new account
- Click on "Register Account" (you will need the most recent invoice of each account you want to link)
- Use the account number (folio for taxes) and access code to link a property tax, metered water, business licence or dog licence account
