Reporting to the chief administration officer, this management position supports the strategic direction of the organization. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a variety of programs, as well as supporting corporate initiatives within a larger organizational development context. This position will work closely with the customer experience leadership team to ensure alignment with the district's customer service initiatives.

In addition, this role has a central focus in employment labour relations, including negotiation of collective agreements, interpreting and administering collective agreements and providing staff advice in the resolution of issues, including but not limited to grievances, discipline, performance management and investigations.
