At our Corn Roast this Saturday, July 29th, enjoy a delicious cob to help us raise funds for the Haney Farmers Market! The Downtown Maple Ridge Business Improvement Association shares the park with us as well so there will be lots of things going on. In addition, the Maple Ridge 'Street Piano' will be installed on the Bandstand for the public's ongoing enjoyment following a short and delightful session by Peter Tam at 11:00am. Caden Knudson, our treasurer and winner of Ridge Meadows Got Talent in the adult category, plays for us in the Cafe. Tonnes to eat and drink, see and do. Come support your friendly neighbourhood farmers market! Haney thanks you!

Stroll through the market as artists give live demonstrations on how their create their work. Enjoy music, kids activities, food and craft vendors in this beautiful outdoor venue!

Drop in at Maple Ridge Museum for some family-fun! Enjoy games and crafts, and take a tour of the museum. Visit the DARS train diorama and learn the history of Port Haney. Parents must accompany children.

This is one of many star parties being held across the country by the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday. We of the Vancouver Centre invite you to look at the wonders of the night sky through our telescopes and binoculars. Please feel free to bring your own optics or just your eyes. Please bring layers of clothing and a chair or mat for your comfort.

Spend the evening under the stars and watch a free movie at Memorial Peace Park on Select Saturdays in July and August. Remember to bring your blankets, lawn chairs and snacks.
