The City of Maple Ridge (“the City”) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified and experienced (profit or not-for-profit) organizations who are interested in operating a Community Animal Shelter including or not including providing Animal Control Services 7 days a week. The purpose of this RFEI is to identify, understand and determine whether there is sufficient interest to support proceeding to a competitive proposal process for all or none of the services.
