How have Group Fitness classes changed to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19?

New practices and procedures were created to ensure the safety of our patrons, community and staff. Some of the measures include:

  • increasing the distance between patrons to allow for the proper physical distancing to take place
  • minimizing and removing equipment provided in classes
  • reducing the number of patrons allowed in the class

In addition to the measures taken above, there is increased COVID-19 related signage in our classes to ensure that all participants are informed on signs, symptoms and risks of participating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
