The City of Maple Ridge Engineering Department is expediting a design for the removal and replacement of the existing culvert. The timeline for the reconstruction could be as late as this summer, once the flows are minimal and environmental approvals are resolved. We are also looking to have the culvert structurally assessed to possibly open the road to one lane of traffic until the replacement of the damaged culvert is completed. Updates to follow.
