Dewdney Trunk Road Water Reservoir Upgrade

The City of Maple Ridge plans to redevelop the existing 26285 Dewdney Trunk Road water reservoir site. The existing reservoir is nearing the end of its service life and will be replaced with two new reservoir tanks to support future growth and development. The upgraded 26285 Dewdney Trunk Road reservoir will be connected to the existing 26285 Dewdney Trunk Road pump station.

Stantec Consulting Ltd. has been retained to design the project and oversee construction and Tritech Group Ltd. has been retained to construct the works. The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to complete in summer 2024.

There will be limited impacts to traffic in the 26200 and 26300 blocks of Dewdney Trunk Road and the private lane north of Dewdney Trunk Road leading to the pump station due to truck and equipment movement. Residents in the area may experience intermittent delays and/or disruptions to property access. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience to residents. Please obey construction signs and traffic control personnel throughout the course of construction.

If you have any questions, please contact the City of Maple Ridge project manager, Jason Bomans, at 604-467-7349.
