The Maple Ridge Leisure Centre recently underwent a renovation of its aquatics facility, change area and lobby. The new facility now includes new accessibility features; everyone is welcome!

Change Area Accessibility
The new changing area has an increased number of change rooms, increased accessibility and a modernized space that improves flow and changing experiences. The new change area has:
13 single change rooms with bench and shower 4 single change rooms with bench 5 large change rooms with sink, shower, bench, and toilet 3 large accessible change stalls with Ceiling Lifts (hydraulic beds) varying in size Shower, sink, toilet, baby change table and transfer bars
Open space in lobby will allow for easier movement for strollers, wheelchairs, etc

Canucks Autism Network (CAN) was founded in 2008 by Vancouver Canucks Co-owners, Paolo and Clara Aquilini, whose son has autism. CAN is dedicated to providing programs to individuals with autism and their families, while promoting acceptance and inclusion through community engagement and training initiatives across BC and beyond.
